State Consensus for Discrete-Time Multiagent Systems Over Time-Varying Graphs

We study the state consensus problem for linear shift-invariant discrete-time homogeneous multiagent systems (MASs) over time-varying graphs. A novel approach based on small gain theorem is proposed to design control protocols both neutrally stable and unstable MASs. It shown that can be achieved MASs under uniform observability condition; MASs, entails more than observability. Two numerical examples are worked out illustrate our results.
